Success, Is It Human Nature Or Only A Dream?

The Need For Planning
As in any journey, planning defines the course of travel. With planning, a traveler is better prepared as he/she encounters intersections and Ys in the road. In order for a traveler to be successful in their journey, he/she must also be prepared for the expected as well as the unexpected. One way to be prepared is by evaluating any possible considerations which serves to reduce apprehension thus instilling a higher confidence in success. People are more able to face diversities with confident when they know and expect a particular outcome. Success is born from a clear understanding of how to achieve and appreciate its’ benefits. It’s a known, while a mystery, that humans are born for success. God provides for it, equips for it and prompts the human spirit to achieve, when and if they are obedient and comply to His nature.

It’s the rewards of life that makes it meaningful.
While many rewards of life hinge on doors of opportunity someone still has to swing them open. Granted, there is no one simple answer to all the problems of the world, there are only responses to questions. It is the anchor of mediocrity that deprives man of spirit while the soul cries out in desperation for freedom. Yes, the sad truth is, many people live lives of desperation that are dull, drab and uneventful. They incapable of truly waking up from their self-made destiny.

I once knew a man who died and they revived him. He said it was like waking up for the first time. His life experience changed in a heartbeat. Everything was new and fresh, and he saw life in an entirely new light. Because his perception was from another place, he was able to see and feel opportunity from his heart and revere the second chance afford him. Even colors became more vibrant, sounds were crisper and everywhere he turned he saw opportunity. His relationships were from his heart and truth became his viewpoint. Before where he saw only survival as a potential reward he now envisioned life as a glorious new experience. God had gotten his attention in a very distinctive way.

The search for truth is within man.
From the beginning, man has searched for truth. He/she first turned toward God and then to him/herself in the quandary of understanding and an answer to an unanswerable question. From the earliest recorded literature, there have been arguments, debates and dissertations on what constitutes the ingredients of success. Because success is a personal acquirement, one common factor is that a personal involvement of action must take place before success can result. Another common factor is motivation; nothing takes place without a driving force. Yet a third requirement is passion or desire, there must be a passion or desire for the goal for it to become a reality. This is where God’s “law of cause and effect” must be employed before one can progress toward any successful conclusion. Like it or nor, you must get up and act before any kind of success can happen.

Arise and chase a rainbow
Today you must lift your head and begin a new understanding. You have been bottle fed all of your life -- and now it's time to break away and stand on your own two feet. Truth has been kept from you but now it's time to be the person you were meant to be. Face life eye to eye and demand your rightful place. How strong are your desires and your willingness to sacrifice?

No matter how well prepared you may think you are, circumstance can change suddenly. All of your dreams and aspirations can be a thing of the past. Do not put off for tomorrow what you can do today. Because no one knows when the end will come, strive forward like the end is in the next minute. Be hard-working and watchful for only you can make your life meaningful. It is a truth that while success is written on the human heart, action is its force.

You must make the first move
The fact is, you must step off the curb to cross the street. You are standing on the curb now, aren’t you? The traffic is horrendous, frightening, seemingly endless and there it is, a break, a chance, should you take it, or stay on the curb?

There’s safely on the curb, you know because you have been standing there for a lifetime. How long will you continue to stand there, contemplating, wishing, desiring to be across the street? A few minutes, hours, days years, until death? The traffic will always be there and with each passing year, it will get worse. You stand there and with each passing day others join you as you stand on the curb? Look around at the fear, anxiety, sadness, it’s all there, lost dreams, false hopes . . . countless lives left unfilled. Countless dreams drifting away, countless beliefs washed down the drain and you, still stand and wait . . will the traffic ever stop? No, it will always be there. It will always be the barrier between you and your dreams. Your ambitions your real meaning.

Success is not far away
Over there, across the street, is wealth, love, satisfaction and the true essence of life. Over there is who you are. Yes, over there is TRUTH. But you have not been able to see it, because of the traffic. You are consumed about the traffic, you worry about it, you fret about it, it makes you sick and frail and unable to function. You make excuses, I can’t, I don’t know how, I just can’t take a chance. And you rot on the curb until one day, they come and get you. Life is over now, and what did you accomplish? Nothing, you were afraid to get off the curb. Now is your chance to get off the curb and excel as you were born to do.

You only need to believe
First you have to believe, in your self and your abilities. Second dream the insurmountable dream, and third commit your all to the dream. Find what you love most, and commit to it. Once you commit by stepping off the curb, then you have to go all the way. If you love life and it will respond in love.

Mastering Your Mind Power: A New Genius

Where do you start? Start from where you are. Start by stop taking the power of your mind for granted. Seek to understand to the best of your ability what the self image is, how it assumes control over what enters your unconscious mind, and what it prohibits from entering.

Begin by understanding that your unconscious mind is the power that brings everything you experience into your life, and it is the self image that filters and dictates how you view those experiences and how you react to them. I cannot over state how important this understanding was for me, and I believe it is equally important for you.

Here is a simple 30 day, two-part exercise I recommend for you. Part one requires you to observe for the next few days, which arm or leg you put your garment onto first as you get dressed. After you have identified which it is, you will see that a habit has been formed so firmly that you put your garment onto that limb without your attention. You are observing the power of habit.

In part two of the exercise, get yourself a rubber band, one that is large enough not to constrict your flesh and blood vessels but small enough that it will not easily slip off your wrist and hand. Put it on either wrist and keep in on for the full 30 days.

This is a tool (the rubber band) and technique that was so very helpful to me. It will allow you to be convinced that you can break this very powerful habit, and by inference, nearly any other habit you may choose.

If you have determined that you habitually put your garment onto you right arm (or leg), for example, consciously tell yourself that you are now going to put it onto your left arm (or leg) first for a period of 30 days. Remind yourself that you are breaking the old habit.

If during the 30 days you should forget and fall back into your old habit, whenever you become aware that have done so, pull the rubber band 4 or 5 inches from your wrist and let go. As you feel the sting from the snap of the rubber band, firmly remind yourself that you have decided that you will no longer habitually put your garment onto the right or left arm or leg (whichever is appropriate). You are forming a new habit and you will now put the garment onto the left or right arm or leg (again, whichever is appropriate) first.

After the first week or so you will begin to notice that any time you put on a garment, you will begin to consciously choose the reverse of the old habit as you gradually develop the new one.

This is something I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Motivation is very important to desire certain goals in your life. Without motivation, you would lack interest certain thing that may lead to the path of success. In short, you get motivated to perform well. However, some people are unable to seek motivation in most circumstances. It makes them feel discouraged and give up way before they start a task assigned to them.

Here are some important steps to boost your motivation levels. Follow these steps to feel motivated at every phase of life:

- Step 1

First and foremost you need to determine your motivation style. Some people get motivation through a desire they nourish in their hearts while others are motivated because they want to avoid certain things in life that are undesirable for them. The key is to understand what motivate you. This will help you boost your motivation levels.

- Step 2

Check yourself esteem. Low motivation is often a result of low self esteem. If this is the case, you need to work towards it. Drive away the monster called stress from your life. Yes, you really need to do that. Stress is capable of exhausting your mind and body. Exhaustion in turn, lowers your motivation levels. If you really want to get motivated, learn to relax. Exercising or indulging in your favorite activity will do well to you.

Make a list of all the professionals who can help in motivating you. You may also make a list of professionals. There are also people who get help in boosting their motivation levels via hypnosis. Hypnosis can be an excellent way to improve your self esteem and motivation.

- Step 6

Eliminate negativity. Remember that none of us require negativity. You need to think positive to achieve success in life.

- Step 7

Talk to yourself. Keep on talking to yourself about the goals you want to achieve. You need to remind yourself that you are a winner. If you face difficulties in achieving your goals, consider it a challenge.

- Step 8

Develop a plan. A plan should be in your mind that will let you work hard to achieve your goal. Break this plan in to several small steps. Celebrate on achieving each step. This will be a great motivational force to you.

- Step 9

Abstain from bad habits and bad friends. These are the vices that will take you nowhere. Forsake them right away.

Mastering Your Mind Power: Are You The Missing Component

Let us suppose that you are one of those people who has seen or read The Secret or any one of the other many published inspirational, self help, personal development works. You probably did so because you want to master the powers of your mind to Live your dreams. You want the freedom to do what you want to do when you want to do it.

I further believe you can improve your life for the better beginning right now, if you have not already done so, but only by mastering your mind power. I also believe that you probably suffer from some version of the same bug that afflicted me, the impatience bug.

You have likely been conditioned to want instant relief, instant results, therefore, you fail to realize that you did not reach your present conditions instantly, and you fail to reason that your life conditions are not going to change instantly.

I wish to be very clear about this. I believe that you or any person who sincerely wishes to do so can change for the better. It is not that terribly difficult. To do so, however, will require a desire for positive change, a commitment to taking charge of your mind, a basic understanding of how the mind works, a clear picture and understanding why positive change is desirable, some degree of acceptance of how the self image (also known as personality, psyche, map of reality, ego) is in control, a process, and persistence.

In addition, you will need another very critical component that is missing from the personal development regimen of most people, namely a tool, system, or technique to effectively work through setbacks, and the counter thoughts you will experience. In fact, I place this component on par with any of the others.

The absence of this component is the reason that even though the personal development industry experiences multi-billions of dollars in sales each year, relatively few people succeed in making the positive changes they desire. I do not believe I can overstate the importance of your gaining knowledge and understanding of the self image.

You deserve financial security, new enriching experiences, and recognition for your contributions to the world. If these conditions are not in you life now, you are going to have to make some changes to your self image. You must first master and control your mind and through your mind, change the self image.

As I have stated in earlier articles, your self image is in control of all of your consistent thoughts, images, ideas, and emotions in your life that are on automatic pilot. It has come to enjoy the seat of power it has gradually been allowed to occupy. If you do not reckon with it, it will stop you dead in your tracks each time you attempt to bring positive change into your life.

This I know for sure. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

The Silent Laws Of Living Success

Dealing With People; good and bad
In the Silent Laws Of Accomplishment we explored how to deal with people, the importance of following rules and digging deep within to release the inner person. We also touched on five natural laws; control, observance, value, integrity, and development which if implemented into your life would not only propel you toward success but would give you a whole new understanding and vision of yourself.

Usually when a person seeks success they concentrate on strategy, planning, and product marketing. But as we have learned success does not necessarily mean monetary gain it could also include culture or arts. Reaching a meaningful predetermined personal goal is more likely the definition of success. In this series we will apply new rules as we focus on the inner person and the importance of wholeness in relationship to total success.

Do new rules apply?
The same rules that were applicable for our forefathers are just as powerful today. You must regain your God given powers and lift your head in the comfort in knowing you are indeed Born To Succeed. You must look into your future and visualize the results of your labor. You must see yourself as you are, your true nature, your potential and relationship with your surroundings. Become emerged in your true self and activate the dominate powers that have been waiting for you to bring them into your experience.

Facing the challenge of self recognition
Again we will challenge the inner you; the you that has gone too long without the respect you deserve. Here are five more laws that if put into practice, will most assuredly change your life. Pay attention!

1. The law of Adaptability
There are many people who simply can’t adapt to changing conditions. When new innovations are introduced they turn their heads in rejection. People who require supervision to perform basic abilities rarely further their career.

You must adapt to your changing environment. You must embrace change in order to fit in and become a leader and Inspiration to those around you. Lets face it, every situation in life requires you to adapt in some form or manner. Family, church, workplace, society, club all require you to adapt to the current conditions. I don’t mean give in, or cave in, but consider the options and adjust to the presented opportunity. Fit in, take part
in your surroundings, be active as a team player.


2. The law of Statistics
If you are not observant, there’s a good chance you will become a statistic. Short sighted people who can’t see the potential in their situation, quickly become a statistic. You’ve seen them, they are the ones that shuffle in the front door three minutes late and run out the back exactly at quitting time. Their conduct illustrates an image of bad attitude and lack of conformity which will doom them into joining the another has-beens on the roles of failure. Rejection and a life of hopelessness awaits those who never get involved.

3. The law of recognition
Everyone wants to be recognized for their accomplishments and as an individual. Do something so people will remember you. Don’t be outlandish or abusive, reach out to people in a kind and comforting way. If it’s your doctor, boss or anyone you want to be remembered by, greet them with warmth and caring. If appropriate, give them a personal gift. Something special you made, just for them. Every time they see that special gift, they will remember you and when you come into their presence, they will remember who you are. You have developed a closeness, a relationship beyond the traditional boundaries. I make canes, and I make a unique cane especially to give to those who I want to be remembered by. They appreciate the gesture and they remember me the next time I see them. They open up, to a deeper connection and more meaningful relationship.

4. The law of Manipulation
Many people go through life manipulating others for personal gain. Manipulation is a deceptive act and as such is destructive in nature. People manipulate each other without realizing it. It’s a form of getting one’s own way. Coming out on top, so to speak. A child sulks, a spouse gives the silent treatment, a boss threatens, all are ways to control a particular situation. Girls manipulate boys because they know they can. Boys manipulate girls for dominance. Husbands manipulate wives because they need to be the leader. Wives manipulate husbands because they need position. Everyone is manipulating someone to sustain their own uniqueness. Don’t fall into this trap. Manipulation is not a trait of a winner.

5. The force of Character
Who are you? What lies at the heart of your existence? How are you portraying yourself to others? Are you a joy to be around or do people shun you? Character is the outward expression of an inward life force. The natural thing to do is mirror Godlike qualities in your mannerisms but, we do not live in a natural environment. Our environment is contaminated and we are also. Unfortunately our character is derived from a world point of view. You must be radiant, caring and outward in your involvement with others.

Wealth is only a mindset
It’s not about wealth or fame, but rather it’s about you and who you are. You are at the center of this series of articles. We could go into the mechanics of success but it would do no good without you as a receptor. Perhaps you are already a super good person, and if you are I commend you for it. Unfortunately most people are motivated by outside stimuli and they wither and rot inside. They can’t understand why they aren’t happy. Why they are continually faced with problems with family and relationships. Fix your eyes on your inner self and approach life like today is your last day. What are you going to do to hold close each precious moment, each relationship, each experience?

It’s the little things that matter
Treasure the taste of fudge or the glimmer of the sun on water or the many other things that make life worth living. When you see your child take his/her first step or feel the warmth of your spouse next to you when you roll over in the bed, embrace these moments because they are what it is all about.

Mastering Your Mind Power: Does Habit Play A Part?

Habit is both the problem and the solution to your mastering your mind power and more fully exercising the power of your mind. If you were to take inventory of the thoughts you consistently think from day to day, you would be amazed at how little conscious, focused thinking takes place because of habit. Most of your working hours are probably spent attending to your job. There is a 95% chance that your job is of the paycheck to paycheck variety, and if you have been on that job for a while, it has probably become fairly routine and does not require much problem-solving, focused thinking.

Habits are actions or behaviors that have been repeated so regularly that they have become routines that are engaged in without consciously thinking about them. They are learned actions or behaviors, rather than instinctive. They occur automatically, for the most part, without the explicit conscious intention of a person.

I am not aware of any studies that have determined the number of habits the average adult has formed by, let us say, age 25. I imagine that number is in the hundreds, maybe even in the thousands. In a sense, one could say that we human beings are just a big bundle of habits moving through life. Some habits are good. Others we most assuredly can do without.

They range from actions as simple as how we form letters to construct words when we write, the way we walk, the way we talk, or the way we put on garments. More complicated habits include the way we respond to negative comments made about us by others or the way we respond to thoughts about wealth and wealthy people. Some habits are certainly very useful, for they free us from having to think through every one of the many details that are in nearly every action in which we engage throughout our day.

Most of us have built a multitude of habitual beliefs (or someone else has built them for us) about every facet of life. These beliefs are so conditioned within us that they have become our truths through which we see our world. It is very important to understand the contribution habits make to the construction of the self image. A simple definition of a person's self image is the conception of the sort of person one thinks he or she is. It is a mental blueprint that has been built up from subconsciously embedded beliefs about himself or herself.

A person's self image, consisting of many habits, is very resistant to change. It will yield to you, however, if your desire for a more prosperous or fulfilling life is strong enough. There is no better time than right now to begin developing new habits, habits that move you toward financial freedom to do what you want to do when you want to do it.

This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Can You Picture The Life You Want?

Can you imagine what it will be like for you, when you have the life you really want?

· When you're feeling slim, fit, strong, healthy, and full of energy - when all your aches and pains have gone away?
· When your relationships are stimulating, supportive, close and inspiring?
· When finances are no longer an issue or a struggle - when you simply have the money and income you need to pay all your bills, meet all your obligations, and do whatever and go wherever you want?
· When you're living in the house and in the location of your dreams?
· When you're doing the fulfilling work that you love to do - work for which you are appreciated and admired?

When life flows smoothly, nothing is a struggle. Your mind is clear. You're headed in the direction you want to go. When challenges arise, you handle them with ease and grace. Life seems effortless, and yet extremely fulfilling. You feel happy, content, and at peace. You smile a lot, you have fun, you feel good. It feels great to be alive, and you love every minute of it.

Isn't this what we all want - a life full of joy and free of struggle?

Can you picture it? Do you feel you can have it? That you deserve it? That it's possible?

You see, although most people want it, they have trouble picturing it for themselves. Or, they can picture it, but they don't believe it's possible for them.

Why? It's because of the results they've experienced in their life so far.

You can have the life that you want. You truly can. But here's the thing - you must be able to picture it, and see yourself living that life. You must be able to know and believe that it is possible for you. You have to feel that you deserve it. You must be able to 'feel' what it will be like when you're living your perfect life. And you have to take inspired action to get you there.

In other words, this life won't just materialize all by itself. You'll have to do some things that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. You'll have to prepare.

What kinds of things do you need to do to continually move toward that new reality? It could be things like:

· Looking through magazines, online, or in your neighborhood for the perfect house you want, or something very close. Take that picture or those details, and put them where you'll see them every day.

· Writing down what you'd love to be do as a career. What kind of work/job do you see yourself doing? Find some pictures that represent your ideal career, and put them where you can see them.

· Becoming healthier. What do you need to do to get really fit and healthy? Research trainers or fitness classes in your area. Enroll in a yoga class, or learn to play tennis or sign up with a trainer. Cut out pictures from magazines of people with the kind of body you want, and stick your head on them to help you see yourself with this new body. Whatever appeals most to you it fine - the important thing is that you get out and do it.

You get the idea. Start researching, planning and taking action now for the future - for the life that you want. Always keep that vision of your perfect life in your mind. That's why finding pictures that represent what you want, and putting them where you can see them, can be so powerful. Create a vision board by pasting all the pictures and words that represent what you want onto a piece of poster board, and hang it where you can see it.

What do you need to do in your environment to get ready for this new life? Go through each room and look at the things you have. Ask yourself if you want these items with you in your new ideal life. If the answer is no, then let go of whatever you can now. This clears away the old energy of what you don't want, and makes way for the new and what you do.

If you want to move into a new home, what would you have to do to your existing home to get ready for the move? If you would have to spruce it up to sell it, start doing that now. If you would have to clean it up for new tenants to come in, do that now. Always make sure that the actions you take are moving you towards what you want.

Your current results may not be what you want, but don't focus on them - focus on what you want. Take action NOW - action that will move you toward the life you want.

It really can be yours.

How To Inspire Yourself

Staying motivated is an integral part of life. Else it can roll you to the foot of the hill and you will not even realize it. Going with the flow is an equation people draw up in life. And stick to their formula till the water has dried up in the pond.

Then suddenly they realize that their life has passed by and they have not been able to make something out of it. Another reason why people take up the equation is because of failure. They tried to do something in life but it failed. So they do not want to take that step again. A teacher once in school said, that failure is a stepping-stone to success. Walt Disney is a classic example. He went bankrupt before he could initiate Disneyland. Henry Ford too got broke 5 times before he actually started his business venture.

The first thing to feel motivated it to be with peace with yourself. Don’t draw up the inadequacies in you. Instead look at the advantages. Then look into the mirror everyday and say, “I can do it.” No task is impossible if you believe in yourself.

There are times when family members or close friends look down on your idea and tell you switch it off. But if you believe in yourself, there is no harm trying. Instead of plunging in completely begin completing a smaller task. So if you want to open a business in fabrics. Get yourself the know-how of fabrics – Indian & international, the spend, the manpower required, the logistics and all the details. If you are not in the industry, then take up a job so that you get hands on approach. Partner with someone of your calibre and begin a few transactions. The satisfaction your work will earn you is far more leveraged than sitting and idealizing.

Here are a few pointers to push you off the couch.
• Value what you are thinking and are about to do. Do not look at it as just another thought. If you believe in yourself then value your idea.
• See yourself doing what you want to. So if it is flying a plane then visualize yourself in the cockpit, taking the plane up and soaring the skies.
• Find some motivation and inspiration through quotes or senior people who look up to you.
• Reward yourself every time you have achieved a small target. This way you will be happy with small things that you accomplish.
• Partner with friends or associates who you think will be best to begin the venture. If they are on the same wavelength as yours then the goal will not seem too far.

Mastering Your Mind Power: Do Affirmations Help or Hinder

Having made the declaration that you can never fail, I wish to be very clear. As you develop your plan for mastering your mind power, remember that your mind is a goal-seeking, goal-achieving, mechanical-like entity. It never seeks failure. It knows absolutely nothing about what you call failure.

It only knows how to materialize the emotionally charged goals (thoughts, images, and beliefs) that reside in your subconscious mind whether you consciously, deliberately placed those goals there or not. If you did not consciously place them there, someone else did!

When I began to consciously take more control of my mind power, I chose to use affirmations to implant my goals. Other methods for establishing goals were available to me. They included hypnosis, self hypnosis, as well as subliminal media, but since I desired to have as much conscious control of the process as possible, I chose affirmations.

When I began using affirmations, I was employed as a buyer in a public school district in northern California, earning less that $1,500 a month. I was motivated enough by a desire for more income to devise a 5-year goal of earning $35,000 a year.

I stumbled across some information that provided pictorial representations of my new goal which I cut and pasted unto a goal sheet. I then crafted three affirmations and began my goal-implanting program.

Needless to say, I got off to a very rocky start. Each time I repeated an affirmation, I almost immediately received what appeared to be a never ending stream of negative thoughts that indicated to me that I was wasting my time.

There was no one who previously held my position whose income had grown to my goal level in five years. In fact, I had heard of only a handful of people in my industry throughout the entire state that had done so and they usually had to re-locate to different areas of the state.

Those thoughts would usually carry over into my work day and into my leisure time as well. Since I did not see many options, I stuck with the affirmations and would do what I could to fight off the countering, negative thoughts.

A short time into my program, I learned that those negative, counter thoughts are called tail-enders. If those highly emotional tail-enders were not neutralized, they in fact became or re-established themselves as my true affirmations. Thus, more of the conditions they represented materialized in my experience.

In spite of the re-occurrence of the tail-enders, I was motivated enough to continue with the affirmations. I did not reach my $35,000 a year goal in five years. It actually took me just over six years, but my income leaped over the $35,000 goal to $37,500! I became sold on and a big believer in the help affirmations provide.

This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Life is like a road. There are long and short roads; smooth and rocky roads; crooked and straight paths. In our life many roads would come our way as we journey through life. There are roads that lead to a life of single blessedness, marriage, and religious vocation. There are also roads that lead to fame and fortune on one hand, or isolation and poverty on the other. There are roads to happiness as there are roads to sadness, roads towards victory and jubilation, and roads leading to defeat and disappointment.

Just like any road, there are corners, detours, and crossroads in life. Perhaps the most perplexing road that you would encounter is a crossroad. With four roads to choose from and with limited knowledge on where they would go, which road will you take? What is the guarantee that we would choose the right one along the way? Would you take any road, or just stay where you are: in front of a crossroad?

There are no guarantees.

You do not really know where a road will lead you until you take it. There are no guarantees. This is one of the most important things you need to realize about life. Nobody said that choosing to do the right thing all the time would always lead you to happiness. Loving someone with all your heart does not guarantee that it would be returned. Gaining fame and fortune does not guarantee happiness. Accepting a good word from an influential superior to cut your trip short up the career ladder is not always bad, especially if you are highly qualified and competent. There are too many possible outcomes, which you really cannot control, or so it would seem.

Know this to be true: the only things you have power over are the decisions that you make, and how you act and react to different situations.

That is a huge relief, actually. It takes the pressure of a bit, yes? So let’s take a look at this decision-making thing, and the fears that come up around it. Starting with the fear of making a wrong decision, or a mistake. Here’s what you need to know:

There are no mistakes: Wrong decisions are always at hindsight.

Had you known that you were making a wrong decision, would you have gone along with it? Perhaps not, why would you choose a certain path when you know it would get you lost? Why make a certain decision if you knew from the very beginning that it is not the right one? It is only after you have made a decision and reflected on it that you realize its soundness. If the consequences or outcomes are good for you, then you have decided correctly. Otherwise, your decision was wrong. Or was it? Moreover, what if there was a way you could let go of all of your fear about making decisions?

Often, it is not the end action that creates the most fear; it is the decision to act or not act. You cannot find the confidence to decide when you know so little about what you are faced with. Just like any news reporter, ask the 5 W’s: what, who, when, where, and why. What is the situation? Who are the people involved? When did this happen? Where is this leading? Why are you in this situation? These are just some of the possible questions to ask to know more about your situation. This is important. Oftentimes, the reason for indecision is the lack of information about a situation. Now, after all of this exhausting information gathering, ask your mind if it knows these answers. Does it have any? When you discover it doesn’t, skip to the Number One Way below.

4. Identify and create options.

What options does the situation give you? Sometimes the options are few, and sometimes they are numerous. But what do you do when you think that the situation offers no options? Accept Nothing Less Than A Good Day

You're hoping that you have a good day. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. How about having a good day every day that you are alive here on this earth? Is it possible to have a wonderful day every day?

Each evening, before you go to bed, think about the next day and how you would like it to be. Don't leave the fate of the day to the hands of miscellaneous thoughts and feelings you may have had. Intentionally create each day. Go through the process of waking up in the morning, all the way through the end of the day and how you would love it to be. When you wake up in the morning, expect your day to go well. Don't put any energy toward the meeting you have been dreading. Put energy to the great day you are having and include those two hours of your meeting.

Here is where the great day method can become a little bit tricky. When you go to your meeting and it turns out to be much harder than you envisioned, don't become attached to the strong feelings that are connected with the difficulty of the meeting. When you dwell on what you don't want and the 'difficulty of a situation', you are creating the same cycle once again. Learn what you can from the experience without the attachment of the intense emotions connected to your meeting and then move on. Don't put any more energy toward the negative emotion that you relate to the experience. The less you have those negative emotions repeating in your mind, the less focus will be put on them and you will at least find yourself in neutral. Now take it one step further. Release all of the negativity attached to the day so far and continue on with the good day that you envisioned. 1. The Law of Negotiation – Agreement In some instance, negotiation is necessary to gain success. When working with someone who holds power, you may have to negotiate for position. A good negotiator can initiate terms, bargain for arrangement, and satisfy agreement. The need to be a good negotiator is imperative in your quest for success.

2. The Law of obedience – Faithfulness Lack of obedience is the number one killer of success. When a person can’t be true to his/her promise, the result is failure. Obedience is being true to the cause. When a statement is made, obedience carries it through.

3. The Law of perception – Realization Without perception there is no realization. Perception is the understanding or view of a particular account. Your perception of the sought after goal draws a picture of desire for it. If you perceive it to be undesirable, there is no reasoning for acquiring If you perceive it to be worthwhile or worthy, then desire becomes action which becomes success.

4. The law of Direction Another common reason for failure is loss of direction or no direction in the first place. You would not fire off in a rocket to the moon without first mapping the course and you can’t obtain complete success without first mapping how to get there. First you have to define the goal, set a course and follow the directions on how to get there. A goal becomes easy if you simply lay out its’ directions. Making a map helps but isn’t worth anything if you don’t follow directions. Like putting together a toy for your child, if you don’t follow the manufacture’s directions it will take longer to put it together or possibly you won’t assemble it at all. Be prepared to follow directions.

5. The Law of Planning Planning for success gets you prepared for the journey. Your plan is your signature of acceptance for the realization of the goal. Success is a result of planning. I know, it’s been said a million times before, but that’s because it is true. A truth is always a truth and worthy of repeating. Take the time to devise a plan for success. Plan for exiting if things go wrong. Plan every step in the journey.

6. The Law of preparedness Being prepared armors you with a sword of defense. Preparedness is protection against any foreseeable and unforeseeable events that might take place on your mission for success. The most well prepared person is the one who will win the battle and ultimately the war.

7. The Law of increase The law of increase is one of God’s biggest laws. Every success is an exercise in expansion. The universe, population, highways, cities everything either expands or stagnates and dies. Success is a result or accumulation of expended efforts which results in satisfaction. Because man was created with God like qualities so he/she also is to implement these laws of promise. Let’s review the law of manifestation before we actually look at wealth file one. Remember that all habits are the result of how we were programmed from early childhood on how to think, followed by our feelings which lead to our actions. Many of these actions (or inactions) actually become our habits, and in the financial arena, lead to how well successful we are in building wealth.Wealth file number one states that rich people believe they create every aspect of their life, while poor people believe they are victims in life. Rich people take conscious responsibility for their life and poor people take on unconscious roles of "poor me." There are three clues that will identify the victim mentality. All of us may do this from time to time, but the professional victim excels at these clues. They include blaming, justifying and complaining. Each of these will tend to create more of the same, since the law of attraction states that what you focus on expands.Most victims are constantly looking to blame anyone and any other circumstance except themselves for the plight they are in. They rarely look to themselves as the culprits for the situation they are experiencing. The next time you catch yourself blaming someone else, try to observe if you are shirking your self-responsibility. If you want to grow as a person and start to improve your wealth, stop blaming everyone except yourself. Be honest with yourself and look to see if you can improve your own ways first.Another clue you’ll hear that describes the victim is when you hear them justifying some situation in their financial life, like "Money is not that important." If they state that money in not that important, do you think they will attract money into their lives? Of course not. Rich people understand that money is important and is "spirit in action." It’s not that money is bad or good, but rather what you do with the money. It is relinquishing your responsibility to not strive to do well financially so you can help others who do not have the wherewithal to get rich. Once you have some wealth, you will then be in a position to help many more people and worthy causes.The final clue is complaining. Does anyone enjoy being around someone who is complaining. No! It will drag you down and influence your attitude just being around a negative complaining person. What that person is doing is focusing on what is wrong or miserable in their lives, and so they will attract the events, people and circumstances that reinforce that way of thinking. They will be like a huge magnet attracting more of the same. You can either be rich, successful and happy or you can think of yourself as a victim. But you cannot be both rich and a victim at the same time.So why do people continue to play the victim role? What do they get out of the deal? The answer is attention, even though they are attracting the wrong kind of attention. They are mistaking attention for love. The kind of attention that comes from your blaming, justifying and complaining will not lead to true love of yourself or others. The attention seeker is stuck in their ego, instead of being outwardly-focused and of service to others. By taking back control of your life, you will begin to create the wealth you deserve. You will create the exact level of financial success you feel worthy of.

The Ultimate wealth building principal

I want to hit you hard with some enlightening facts, which hopefully will immediately change your life beginning today. I hope this article will not offend some of you.Since you’re reading this article, I’m assuming there is something in your life you either want; wish to change; or both. Well I’m here to tell you that the only way you’re going to accomplish this is to decide; decide here and right now that today, this minute, you are committed to changing your life immediately, permanently, and you will not quit until you accomplish the lifestyle you chose for yourself.Why is this so important? Because, there is one truth that none of us can escape……..and that is some day, we all are going to die. And when you truthfully grasp this fact, you can obtain clarity. Clarity in that no matter what you do in life, you are going to die and there is no escaping this fact. Knowing your end gives you great clarity….clarity to focus on what is truly important and special in your life. Knowing there is a deadline to accomplish what you want out of life is the best way to get even the worst procrastinator to finally take action. Why must you take action now? Because (hopefully) you don’t know when your deadline is, and since it could be anytime, the only way to ensure you obtain what you truly want out of life is to take action immediately. People talk about how wasteful it is to throw away recyclable products, to consume energy needlessly……but what about the time we are wasting not living the lifestyle we all desire?Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple Computer, gave an incredibly inspiring commencement speech at Stanford University in 2005. Here are some excerpts from that speech:….."When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. This clarity is necessary for us to invoke action, massive action to get what you deserve. The primary fear that holds most people from taking that "leap of faith" towards starting their own business or taking the necessary action to build wealth is fear. Realizing your "ultimate" end result (death) allows you to put those "petty" fears most of us have into perspective, allowing us to free our creative spirits to pursue our dreams passionately and without questioning ourselves as to whether it is the right thing to do.

Can it really be true that someone who earns 250,000 a year or someone who appears to have the perfect lifestyle, lots of free time, and is happy all the time is 10 times smarter than someone earning 25,000 ?It just can't be. Over the last 20 years I have met numerous rich and famous people and believe me you are probably 10 times smarter than them !Most of them have developed the traits by accident, they have learnt them from their parents, or have learnt them from other people. FRAMING SUCCESS: How specific dreams bring about specific results

Framing Success is setting the stage for the success you would like to have. The more specific you can be about what you would like to have happen and the more invested you are in setting the stage, the more likely you will achieve what you would like to bring about. Dreams are an important part of the staging process. Specific dreams bring about specific results. By framing your success, you vividly stage what you want to transpire before you go to sleep and thus will pave the way for you to dream more specifically about the things you want to come about. This helps ou to be more engaged in their coming about. Involving all your five senses in staging will create pictures that are more vivid and alive. Picture scenes taking place in color, with lots of light and sound. This is more captivating and interesting and will be more likely to keep you tuned. Vivid and alive pictures are much more likely to spill over into your dream state than scenes that are less colorful and less action packed. Emotions are an essential element of staging and framing success. The more emotionally involved you become in the action taking place in the pictures you are creating, the more real the situations will become to you. Your feelings act as an indicator telling you whether or not you believe what you have staged and created is real to you. A good feeling about what you have created is a good indicator that you believe in the viability of the events that you just created pictures for. The more vivid and alive the pictures are that you create, and the more elements the pictures contain, the more you will become invested in them. The more the believability rises, the more likely it is that you will have specific dreams and the events in the dreams will become real to you. At some point, when your drams become alive enough to you, what you are picturing and dreaming will become so real that you will find yourself reaching a place of inward certainty. You will know that the events are already a done deal. Your emotions, your feelings, your dreams at that point will all line up to create a certainty that what you want and desire is on its way. You will realize that you have stopped hoping that it will occur and now have the awareness, understanding and knowing that it will occur. Make it a habit to set aside ten to fifteen minutes each evening as you are ready to fall asleep to practice framing success scenarios that you would like to see take place. To track your progress, it is a good idea to keep a notebook by your bed to allow you to create new scenarios and capture your dreams when you awaken, and notice how closely your dreams are tracking the pictures you are creating and concentrating on before you fall asleep. Make note of how often your dreams contain scenes from the pictures you have created. Make note of when your specific dreams bring about specific results. Most of all in framing success scenarios make sure to include color, light, sound and emotion.
